Nights
Hi
I do a lot of 12 hour nights, what i recommend is the night before you start your nights stay up until about three in the morning, then sleep in the day, now even if you can't sleep don't get out of bed, just doze, then at least you will be rested and I always find having a good meal before you start will help, it gives you loads of energy, especially if your going to be busy, and eat little and often while working your shift.
