West Bend Winfield Homes of Jackson is seeking city approval to build 20 homes next year on the St. Joseph's Community Hospital of West Bend property. Synergy Health will open a new St. Joseph's Hospital on Aug. 7 at 3200 Pleasant Valley Road in the Town of Polk.
