Press council rejects hospital group criticism of St. Catha


TORONTO - The Ontario Press Council has dismissed a complaint that the St. Catharines Standard has shown reluctance to publicize the message of Citizens for a Smart Growth Hospital, a group opposed to a proposal to replace two inner-city hospitals with a facility on a fringe site.
