PROVIDENCE -- A Central Falls man was formally charged Monday in the stabbing death of his girlfriend at an assisted-living facility. Ronald Leddy was arraigned in Providence District Court on one count of murder and five counts of first-degree sexual assault. He did not enter a plea.
