Nursing students benefit from scholarships (Desert Sun)


The Palm Desert Woman's Club presented nursing scholarship funds during the May luncheon and meeting at Indian Wells Country Club. President Pat Lagerstrom and Judy Pustizzi, fundraiser chairman, presented a check for $8,400 to Cheryl Bardowell from College of the Desert Financial Aid Department for COD's nursing scholarship fund.
