Give me your oponion. A fellow nurse at our office came to me for advice she works in NICU and is having trouble with the parents. Obviously they are going to want to be with there baby 24/7 but what if this might cause complications with the babies recovery?
family members
I too have had that problem. I have had family members always looking over my shoulder, like I am not providing for the patient correctly. I am not sure how to constructively has the family to give me space. It might be best to set some ground rules when the patient is first admitted.
Yeah I gues the best thing is to talk with them and come to a medium.
