I was wondering if any one could help!!!

I have to produce a question which will enable me to write a 10,000 word research piece. I was thinking along the lines of 1.) patient dignity / respect 2.) euthanasia or 3.) HIV

Im sorry to have to ask you but im sure you know how much of a stressful time it is at the moment!!
