need advice for a suspended care worker.....
a friend of mine who works in a residential care home was suspended today after one of her service users died after an accident that occured while she was in my friends care. my friend was not to blame for the accident, and she was doing her job to the book, but she has since been suspended because the service user died. i realise that an investigation will need to be carried out, but what results can my friend expect from an incident of this kind. she is extremely upset and worried by the whole thing. if anyone could help it would be much appreciated. thanks.
