I will be graduating in May. I work the acute care unit as an LPN, but after I graduate I will start on the 7pm to 7am, any advice to help make the transition from LPN to RN. Thanks.

Well, I would advise you to make the transition somewhere else. You've got to adjust your thinking when you become an RN (lots more responsibilties, which means you've got to notch it up quite a bit), and you need to go someplace where your co-workers don't still see you as "Just an LPN". I'd try to find a good teaching hospital in your area, and spend a few years there getting your knowledge base up. Then, if you want to return to your present position, you'd be better prepared for the challenges ahead of you.
