Boy injured at Royals game leaves hospital (The State)


KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A 9-year-old boy who was hit in the head by a foul ball during a game between Tampa Bay and Kansas City was released from the hospital.Adam Lechner, of Kearney, was released Saturday, said Shawn Arni, a spokesman for Children's Mercy Hospital. The boy was taken to the hospital Thursday night after being struck in the head by Toby Hall's line drive.
