I believe Dialysis is certainly a unique work environment, fast paced, high stress, team work, back stabbing, high stress, sucks the life out of you, invigorating, high stress, addictive. A lot of stress, but you connect with the patients due to the schedule of dialysis, there is a bit of rapport.

I love my job wouldn't change it if I could, on the other hand there are some days I am ready to throw the towel in.

But I am certain it is that way in a lot of fields.
