Isabel Alicea believes in second chances. In a few weeks, the 49-year-old Naperville woman is scheduled to graduate from College of DuPage with a degree in nursing. Her job prospects look good. Next year, she hopes to be able to put a down payment on a house for her and her 11-year-old son, Alex.
