Former state attorney general Mike Moore will be in Picayune at 11 a.m. today to present a check for $70,000 from the Partnership for a Healthy Mississippi to the Picayune Municipal Separate School District's nursing program and take home an application for more than $200,000 more in grant funds for the program.
