Long Term Care RN role
It's me again. I'm wondering if anyone could give me some information on what the role of the RN is in a long term care setting. I don't know anyone in this field but I love working with the elderly. Do the nurses actually have time to interact with the patients? There are many job openings in my area. I just saw one that will pay a nurse 40 hours of pay if they agree to work two 12 hour shifts between Friday and Monday. I am looking into a staffing agency and most of the jobs are in long term care. Any information is helpful. Thanks!!
