Cholesterol drug may slow Alzheimer's disease (Reuters)


Reuters - Treatment with the
cholesterol-lowering drug Lipitor (atorvastatin) may be of
benefit to patients with Alzheimer's disease, slowing the
progressive deterioration in brain function and behavior,
according to results of a pilot study.
