Hospital calls access request for records bad for business
May 7 (UNION-TRIBUNE): Tri-City Healthcare District said in court papers filed yesterday it does not have to give copies of its CEO's appointment calendars to The San Diego Union-Tribune because that would jeopardize the public hospital's competitive position.
