Schweitzer lets hospital, nursing home tax increases become


HELENA -- Gov. Brian Schweitzer on Friday called the Legislature irresponsible for passing a pair of bills to increase taxes on hospitals and nursing homes, but said he will allow the measures to become law without his signature.
