An Ellicott Street animal hospital was burglarized overnight Thursday by unknown intruders who ransacked several offices, police reported. The Ellicott Small Animal Hospital, 517 Ellicott St., was broken into between 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and 7:30 a.m. Thursday.
