OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- Governor Jon Huntsman has signed the bill authorizing state funds for a nursing home to be built in Weber County for veterans. Huntsman thanked those who had pushed for it, including George Wahlen, Utah's only living recipient of the Medal of Honor.
