York's Nurse-Family Partnership Asks State For More Money (


HARRISBURG, Pa. -- There's a push at the state Capitol Tuesday for more funding to keep the Nurse-Family Partnership Program going in York. Police Commissioner Mark Whitman was among those who testified before the House Appropriations Committee about the benefits of the program.
