Hospital volunteer monitors Lifeline system for 16 years (T


Oswego Hospital volunteer Lois Ruthven has been making the call for 16 years. The call is to participants of the hospitals Lifeline system. Mrs. Ruthven calls the more than 330 participants at regular intervals to make sure the emergency response is working properly.
