ENGLEWOOD - State Sen. Byron Baer is scheduled to leave a local hospital today with a new pacemaker, 11 days after he was admitted. Sounding tired, the 75-year-old Democrat representing the 37th District said in a telephone interview that he would return to work today in Trenton.
