NORTH COUNTY ---- The state Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to hear the appeal of a lawsuit in which an orthopedic surgeon alleges that Palomar Medical Center officials retaliated against him for protesting the hospital's refusal to transfer his patient to another hospital.
