Nursing Home Being Sued (KATC3)


The family of a man who died while in the care of a local nursing home has filed a lawsuit claiming negligence. According to the suit, Harold Callais fell a number of times within three days of moving into Evangeline Oaks Nursing Home, and suffered severe head trauma.
