Sherman announces new hospital plans (The Beacon News)


ELGIN Sherman Hospital is moving on up to the city's west side. In a long-anticipated announcement, hospital officials on Wednesday unveiled plans for a $280 million construction endeavor that will shift Sherman's main location from 13 acres on Elgin's east side to 154 acres just off Randall Road.
