new lna
hello, i am an lna at a hospital where i work at in new hampshire. i love the people i work with and everyone there is so pleasant to work with and because its my first real job as an lna, i realy love working there. however lately i have had some hard times dealing with some of the nurses. i try to do my best to get everything done and to be a hard worker, but lately it seems like that isnt enough. everyone is on my case about everything and i want to gain osme more insight on what i can do to improve the way i am there. i have been there since december and the girl who trained me gave up on me nd therefore i did not have proper training. iknow what to do but thsi one nurse in particular wants me ot do everything for him, but its hard when we have another wing of more crtically ill patients thjat i need to deal with and when he starts nagging on me, its hard for me to stay focused and he is so mean. i want to be a better lna but i dont know how to prove to them that i am much better than the lna that they used to say. any tips from anybody would be wonderful. i want this job to be a pleasnt experience, not just one for the money or other issues.
