Man who killed wife dies in nursing center (Daytona Beach N


A 78-year-old man awaiting trial on charges he shot his wife has died. Carlos Caballero died this weekend from respiratory failure, his attorney said. Daniel Tumarkin said Caballero was in the final stages of emphysema and living in a skilled nursing center in Lake Mary for the past two months.
