The Queensland Opposition says Premier Peter Beattie is preparing Queenslanders for a narrow inquiry into the Bundaberg Hospital controversy. Mr Beattie made a surprise visit to Bundaberg yesterday after earlier saying he would not meet with the patients of Dr Jayant Patel until after the inquiry.
