keeping your health strong by relaxing-excersizin: How do U?
Examining what you (and I) are doing from time to time to see if we are eating right, excersizing, and taking time to relax-rest, this is something I try to do as I think about it.
I need personally to schedule in times of relaxing activities and excesizing 3x a week. How about you? any suggestions for relaxing activities or forms of excersizing?
just thought it would be a different discussion. If we arent healthy, we cant be as strong a help to see our patients get healthy, right?
