Ark. Toddler Receives Special Heart Pump (AP)


AP - When Jacie Brooks was able to cry, her parents believed she was getting stronger. The 22-month-old girl was the first patient in Arkansas, and only the 13th child in the nation, to receive a special heart pump to help fight an infection in her heart.
