Court cancels hospital's approval (The Charlotte Observer)


The N.C. Court of Appeals has ruled that Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville -- which opened in November -- should never have been built. The N.C. Department of Health and Human Services violated state rules in approving the $57 million hospital in 2002, the court said, in a decision Tuesday.
