Suit Claims Psych Hospital Held Healthy Patients 'Hostage'


FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- A lawsuit claims a Lauderdale Lakes psychiatric hospital holds healthy elderly people hostage to milk their insurance. The lawsuit has been filed on behalf of a 77-year-old Plantation man held against his will for a week at Florida Medical Center.
