Sentencing delayed for man convicted in nursing hope rape (


RAPID CITY, S.D. - The sentencing of a Rapid City man convicted of raping an elderly woman at a nursing home has been delayed. Les Warren Kills Small was accused of posing as a nursing home employee and going into the woman's room to commit the crime.
