A Minnesota nurse has been charged with fraud and illegally dispensing a drug for setting up an unauthorized flu clinic at a college last fall. A federal indictment says Michelle Torgerson pocketed most of the proceeds from the flu clinic she set up last fall at Augsburg College in Minneapolis.
