BIRMINGHAM, Ala. A nurse who was injured in the bombing of an abortion clinic in Birmingham says she is "nauseated" by Eric Rudolph's guilty plea. Emily Lyons said outside the federal courthouse before Rudolph arrived that she is upset because the plea will allow Rudolph to dodge the death penalty.
