JAILED Leighton Hospital nurse Barbara Salisbury has won leave to appeal in a bid to clear her name. The nation's most senior judge, the Lord Chief Justice, Lord Woolf, has granted her permission to appeal against her conviction for trying to kill two elderly patients at the Crewe hospital.
