Another potential alternative to construction of a new public hospital in Baton Rouge has fallen by the wayside. Discussions between LSU and Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center on a potential public-private partnership are "at a dead end," OLOL Chief Executive Officer Robert Davidge said.
