A dream that became a promise to a dying friend will be on its way to reality on Tuesday in Naples. That's when a ground-breaking ceremony launches construction work on the Garden of Hope and Courage on a 2.5-acre site owned by Naples Community Hospital, adjacent to hospital grounds.
