I am not sure what you mean by community nurse. Arent we all community nurses since we all take care of our communities whether we work in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, or in home health. Community nurses or district nurses same meaning are based within a certain district of the community, there sole purpose is to visit patients/clients in there own homes and treat accordingly.
