Battle for hospital beds lost (Surrey Advertiser)


CAMPAIGNERS battling to stop closure of Milford Hospital have suffered a serious setback. Hopes were high that Guildford and Waverley Primary Care Trust would bow to mounting opposition and withdraw its proposal to transfer 10 orthopaedic beds from Milford to the Royal Surrey County Hospital (RSCH).
