Legislation would require nursing homes to disclose unpaid


PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) -- Concerned that the quality of patient care may suffer at financially struggling nursing homes, a Senate committee is reviewing legislation that would require the facilities to notify the state when bills are past due.
