Freak Accident Sends Two to Hospital (WCAX 3)


A bizarre accident Sunday evening in Burlington sent two people to the hospital. Police say a juvenile was practicing his driving skills in the driveway of his Allen Street home, when he struck his older brother and another juvenile.
