VALDOSTA — Since President Bush introduced an alternative proposal for the nation’s Social Security crisis, Rep. Jack Kingston, R-Savannah, has held 15 town hall meetings throughout Georgia. On Friday, Kingston shifted his focus on Medicare as he toured the Smith Northview Hospital.
