Interviews
I have a few interviews lined up for my first job as an RN. I need some advice about interviewing and how to seem confident. Are there any specific questions I should ask, or any statements I should avoid?
first job
dont be nervous im sure they will be happy to have you most facilities need rns really bad and want someone that is dependable to show up since they are always short e confident you know your abcs the rest will come in time
Ask about the type of orientation program they have. Will you be allowed to float to all areas to see where you want to work or will be be orientating on a specific unit. Do not allow them to "short-change" your orientation. As a new RN it is vital that you are able to use orientation to extend your knowledge base and skills you acquired in nursing school.
