City hospital clerk pays himself 3.15 million yen in 'overt


AKABIRA, Hokkaido -- The municipal government here is set to fire an indebted clerical worker at a city-run hospital here for padding his overtime allowances by 3.15 million yen over the past year and pocketing the funds, city officials said Monday.
