Does the full moon cause extra activity in ER?
We just had a full moon and we had an abundance of patients and I've always heard that the full moon throws people off. Just wondered if anyone else noticed a concidence. I know when I was young and we were out on a full moon we seemed to get into more trouble than usual.

I think this could be true. Our body's are 50-65% water depending on the person. If the full moon can change the tide, it could probably effect the human body.

There is no coincidence that the term for the moon is "lunar" and of course for people there is "lunacy."
