I can think of at least three things this might be, but I'm not a doctor and it would be wrong for me to diagnose you over the Internet. SEE A DOCTOR and get proper treatment.

These are symptoms of so many ailments, you really must go see a doctor or a nurse practitioner in person. It would be easy to make guesses, but we would be doing you a great disservice by just guessing without fully examining you. You will feel so much better if you see someone as soon as possible.
