Benton nurse states Witham threatened him (Benton Courier)


Another person has signed an affidavit stating he has received a vocal threat from Denver Witham, whom Gov. Mike Huckabee granted clemency last week. Witham was convicted in 1974 of first-degree murder for the beating death of Stanley Wells. He received a sentence of life in prison.
