Levittown Nurse, Charged with Killing Husband With Insulin,


A 45-year-old Levittown, Pa. nurse will face trial in the murder of her estranged husband two years ago. It’s alleged that Jean Saxon shot up her husband Jerry with insulin. But he wasn’t diabetic, went into shock, and never came out. He died a month later.
