MONTAGUE, Texas The capital murder trial of a nurse charged with killing ten patients at Nocona General Hospital is on hold -- indefinitely. Lawyers for Vickie Dawn Jackson are pursuing a double jeopardy claim in the wake of last week's mistrial in San Angelo.
